Hell

God does not send souls to hell. Souls are there because they freely chose to turn away from God, from his grace. At the moment of death, the soul's state is final. If the soul is not in a State of Grace, it is in a state of mortal sin. Turing away from God only leads to Hell.

In Hell there is no hope of Heaven:

The pains of hell are not the greatest part of hell; the loss of Heaven is the weightiest woe of hell." - St. John Chrysostom

The eternality of Hell:

Do not ignore grace, and steadfastly remain in a state of grace:

“Do not neglect the grace that is offered to you. The God who offers the sinner pardon, does not promise him tomorrow.” - St. Wolfrand

Pray, Pray, Pray:

All souls in hell are there because they did not pray. All the saints sanctified themselves by prayer." - St. Alphonsus Liguori
